AKY Cable supplies Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) for overhead power distribution networks. Compared to bare conductors, ABC provides improved safety, reduced maintenance and better reliability in adverse weather — widely adopted by Australian and New Zealand distribution utilities for residential and rural electrification.

Specifications: Aluminium Class 2 conductor, XLPE UV/weather resistant insulation, 0.6/1kV, –15°C to +90°C. AS/NZS 3560, IEC 60502.
Configurations: 2-core (single phase), 4-core (three phase), with/without messenger.

AU/NZ Applications: Overhead residential distribution, rural electrification, construction site temporary supplies, street lighting, urban infill and subdivision reticulation.
